Bustos Water District Services

Applicants for water service connection must submit the following requirements:

1. Proof of Ownership or Utility Bills

2. Proper Identification

3. Authorization, if necessary

Application forms may be secured at the Customer Service desk.  Application fee is P3,000.00 per connection.
